Kathryn Hart is the proud owner of Hart Beauty Lounge, which opened its doors on July 1st, 2024. Born and raised in Luverne, Kathryn brings a deep-rooted love for her community and a passion for beauty to every part of the salon experience. Her vision for Hart Beauty Lounge is simple: to create a welcoming space where clients feel confident, pampered, and truly cared for. With a commitment to quality service and small-town hospitality, Kathryn is excited to continue growing Hart Beauty Lounge into one of Luverne’s go-to spots for all things beauty.
Felicia Hanson
Cosmetologist
Felicia grew up in Hardwick, and she graduated from Luverne High School in 1981. Felicia then attended Stewarts School in Sioux Falls, SD and graduated in Sept. 1982. She worked at Sincerely Yours Salon in 1994 and bought the salon in the year 2000 until she sold the business to Kathryn Hart in July, 2024. Felicia specializes in Short Haircuts, Shampoo Sets, Perms, Colors, and Highlights, Women, Men, and Kids Haircuts.

Hannah Deelstra
Advanced Esthetician
Hannah grew up on a farm near Luverne, MN and she graduated from SWC in 2021. She loves to read, spend time with family, and do active things outdoors!

Hannah graduated from Stewarts School August 7th, 2023. She offers a variety of skin services. She specializes in facial massage and lymphatic drainage. Come see her for all your skincare needs!

Mara Verpaw
Cosmetologist
Mara grew up in Worthington, MN and graduated from Worthington high school in 2020.
She then attended Avalon School of Cosmetology, and graduated in November, 2022. Mara loves reality T.V. and hanging out with her animals.

Mara specializes in Colors, Highlights, Balayages, Specialty Colors, Custom and Fantasy Colors, Womens, Mens and Kids Haircuts, Perms, Shampoo Sets, Styles, Wedding Hair and Prom Hair. Mara is passionate about getting to know the clients in her chair and getting to know about each client's hair!
Trisha Jager
Cosmetologist
Trisha grew up in Edgerton, MN and graduated from Minnesota West Cosmetology in 2010. When she's not in the salon, she's a busy mom to 4 amazing kids who keep life full of love, laughter, and a little bit of chaos- and she wouldn't have it any other way. She specializes in hair extensions, haircuts, highlights, balayage, and wedding makeup and loves creating personalized looks that fit each client's unique style and lifestyle. As a mom of 4 Trisha understands how important it is to take a little time for yourself. Whether you're coming in for a total transformation or just a refresh, her goal is for every client to leave feeling renewed, radiant, and confident. She can't wait to see you in her chair!
Annabell Hart
Nail Technician
Annabell grew up in Luverne, MN. She graduated from Luverne High School in 2017. She got married to Brogan Hart, October, 2021. Annabell loves nature, gaming, and loves crafting!

Annabell Graduated from Minnesota West in Pipestone, MN in 2025. She specializes in Pedicures, Manicures, Gel-X, Builder Gel, and Advanced Nail Art.

Mia Velasco
Nail Technician
Mia graduated from Avalon in Worthington on September 9th, 2025. She joined Hart Beauty Lounge in November 2025 and specializes in gel and regular manicures and pedicures. Outside of work, Mia enjoys staying active at the gym and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.

Amber Rogers
Massage Therapist
Amber has been a practicing massage therapist since November 2002. Originally from Vancouver, WA, Amber and her husband, along with their three children, have relocated several times—moving to Hutchinson, MN in 2014, Warroad, MN in 2019, and now calling Luverne, MN home as of August 2025.
At each location, Amber has proudly maintained her own practice.
Amber specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, and pregnancy massage. She utilizes a variety of techniques, including deep pressure to muscles and connective tissue, range of motion for joints, light stretching, and long, even strokes to manipulate the soft tissue of the body. Her massages are designed to help alleviate stiffness, soreness, and pain that can result from everyday life, injuries, or illness.
